Terms of Service

Effective April 11, 2026

The following terms and conditions govern all use of the ticketing websites operated by North Coast Creative Forum ("NCCF", "we", "us", or "our"), including tickets.tinystacksmusic.com and tickets.thesilentmeasure.com (the "Sites"). By accessing or using any part of the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the Sites. The Sites are available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.

1. Use of the Sites

The Sites are provided solely for the purpose of purchasing tickets to events produced by NCCF and its affiliated brands, including Tiny Stacks Music and The Silent Measure. You agree to use the Sites only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. NCCF reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Sites or any feature at any time without notice.

2. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds except at our sole discretion or in the event an event is cancelled by NCCF. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified by email and refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Each ticket contains a unique QR code — do not share your QR code, as it can only be scanned once at the door.

3. Restrictions

You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise access or modify any part of the Sites beyond normal use. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Sites, our servers, or any connected systems. Automated purchasing (bots) is strictly prohibited.

4. Checkout & Contact Information

No account registration is required to purchase tickets. You are responsible for ensuring that the name and email address you provide during checkout are accurate. Your confirmation email and QR tickets are delivered to the email address you provide — we cannot resend them to a different address after purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NCCF or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Sites without express written permission from NCCF.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Sites are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. NCCF does not warrant that the Sites will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NCCF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites or your attendance at any event. NCCF's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the tickets at issue.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NCCF, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Sites or your violation of these Terms.

9. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service available at stripe.com/legal. NCCF does not store payment card information.

10. Changes to These Terms

NCCF reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Sites. Your continued use of the Sites following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tillamook County, Oregon.
